This means the role is within a financial center, but the specific financial center has not yet been identified. However, the financial center will be within a 25-30 mile radius of the area. If you’re selected for an interview, the specifics will be shared during that time.
An anticipatory opening falls within the financial centers only and is open for the entire market in which you post. If you are offered a position, you will train at one center, and then potentially move to another location within a 25-mile radius.

As Global Talent Acquisition reviews applications, they are looking for the most qualified candidates for the role. In many instances several candidates may meet the minimum qualifications but others have more experience. Only the top the candidates are presented to the hiring manager for review.
Once the selected applicants have interviewed, you will be notified by email or phone as to whether or not you were selected to move forward to the next step in the process. Depending on the role and the number of applicants being considered this could take two-four weeks.
Compensation for roles is determined by reviewing what the market pays for jobs with similar skills, responsibilities and scope to ensure competitiveness, as well as reviewing internally what the bank pays for these jobs. If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process, compensation will be discussed in further detail if an offer is presented.
Not all roles are eligible for incentive. If you receive an offer, your offer letter will indicate if the role is eligible for an incentive.
No, Bank of America would never ask a candidate to use their own money to pay for equipment, technology or software as part of the hiring process.
